Vida Homeloans and Personal Touch Financial Services announce tie up

Vida Homeloans has been appointed to Personal Touch Financial Services’ panel of lenders to provide specialist residential and buy to let mortgages to clients of the adviser network.

The new relationship gives the 220 member firms of Personal Touch access to Vida’s specialist residential mortgage range - including its impaired and improving credit products up to 85% LTV - and specialist buy to let range, including products for multi-unit blocks up to five units and HMOs up to eight bedrooms with no additional rate loading or fee.

Vida Homeloans director of sales- mortgages Louisa Sedgwick commented: “We are thrilled to be working in close collaboration with Personal Touch to offer its network members a range of specialist mortgage solutions targeted at borrowers who are overlooked by the mainstream lenders, including the recently self-employed or contractors and first-time buyers who need gifted deposits.

“Vida Homeloans also offers a ‘Buy Together’ range of residential mortgages, which enables up to four applicants to purchase a home together. Our buy to let range caters for expats, limited companies, SPVs and portfolio landlords who wish to finance up to 15 properties/£2m with Vida Homeloans and have up to 50 properties in total.”

Vida Homeloans is also expanding its UK key account management team, recruiting three new roles and promoting three senior sales people as part of its 2018 distribution strategy.

Sally Wright, previously key account manager for the London & South region, is promoted to corporate sales manager, joining Karen Rodrigues to manage Vida’s key network, club and packager relationships on a national basis.

Jan Gallagher, currently key account manager for the North-West region, is promoted to regional sales manager North and Stewart Green, key account manager for the London & East region, is promoted to regional sales manager South. Both will retain responsibility for established accounts within their new roles.

Vida Homeloans is also currently recruiting three new key account managers to fill roles based in South East England, South West England and London to expand its market coverage as interest in specialist mortgage lending continues to grow in 2018.

Over 7,000 mortgage intermediaries are now registered to submit business to the lender and nearly all mortgage brokers have access to its specialist mortgage products. Vida Homeloans expects this to grow in 2018.
