Awarded to an outstanding credit brokerage that can demonstrate exceptional service to clients. Judges will seek evidence of systematic matching of needs and facilities, growth, innovation and use of technology. Judges will also want to be assured of fair and rigours marketing/advertising and ethical standards. Enter here

4. Broker of the Year (Commercial)
Awarded to an outstanding credit brokerage that can demonstrate exceptional service to business clients. 5. Mortgage Provider of the Year
Open to direct lenders and brokers who can demonstrate customer service second to none. Judges will look for customer satisfaction whether for personal or commercial lending, and care of application from end-to end. Enter here

6. Fintech and Platform of the Year
Technology driven lending is a new, but vast, area of the credit market, but it is dependent upon the technology and people behind the screen. Not always acknowledged, this area involves information, risk and fraud prevention – as well as lending. 7. Business Lender of the Year
For banks, asset or invoice finance companies, and other lenders, this category is lenders with SME customers, or larger or complex business customers Enter here

8. Responsible Lender of the Year
For providers of loans to customers who may have difficulty obtaining them. The winner will need to show responsibility and a tailored approach to lending-based customers’ individual circumstances. Enter here

9. Specialist Lender of the Year
This includes non-bank, non-building society UK credit grantors, specialist mortgage lenders, retailers, central and local government, public corporations, insurance companies and pension funds. Enter here

10. Energy, Comms and Utilities Supplier of the Year
For the suppliers of utilities and services to consumers, whether personal or commercial, that provide inhouse services for credit. Enter here

11. Credit Information Provider of the Year
We reward the UK credit information provider that can display a range of successes over the year particularly around the holding of information to help financial institutions and other creditors decide whether to give consumers/businesses credit. Enter here

12. Credit Insurance Provider of the Year
Given to the company that can display effective examples and insurance services to protect
businesses against credit risks such as the insolvency of customers. Enter here

13. Legal Firm of the Year
We reward the law firm that has demonstrated exemplary performance over the past year both in terms of cash recovery and conduct standards.
