TAB added to Paradigm lender panel

Paradigm has announced that it has added residential and commercial bridging loan provider, TAB, to its lender panel.

Paradigm member firms can now access TAB’s range of first- and second-charge residential and commercial bridging loans, development and refurbishment finance products.

Sales development director at TAB, Jon Sturgess, said: "Paradigm is one of the UK's leading mortgage distributors and we are extremely proud to be a part of its lender panel. TAB was founded in 2018 and offers advisers a comprehensive suite of bridging and specialist finance solutions, managing the mortgage application from the initial application until closing.

Through the TAB platform, advisers can access a range of lending options, compare mortgage products and ensure they find the best-fit solutions for their client needs.
