Just Mortgages recruits 37 brokers in June

Just Mortgages has announced that it recruited 37 new brokers in June.

This includes 19 brokers graduating from Just Mortgages’ most recent training academy to join its employed division. The remaining 18 brokers have joined the self-employed division of the business.

Just Mortgages stated that it has given the new brokers the training to achieve all their CeMap exams and will continue to provide them with mentoring and guidance.

The latest recruitments come after a period of growth for Just Mortgages, which first began with 105 brokers five years ago and has now surpassed more than 560 brokers.

“Bringing new blood into the industry is both vital and extremely gratifying,” commented Just Mortgages group operations director, John Phillips. “Especially when they are as talented as those we have seen enrol in our training academies.

“There is a growing demand from skilled brokers to find a different employment route to those they have been used to. Our self-employed division gives them that opportunity to take control of their careers and support them to make their business goals come to life.

“It is a key aspect to our ethos to provide brokers with options whatever route they want to take, be that employed, self-employed, telephone only, home working or even specialising in new build, protection or wealth management.”
