Just Mortgages self-employed division brings in 50 new brokers in Q1

Just Mortgages has announced that it brought in 50 new brokers to its self-employed division in the first three months of 2022.

The national broker firm’s self-employed team now has 440 brokers, with the past 18 months seeing a significant increase having grown from 300 brokers in September 2021.

Just Mortgages said its self-employed division, which was launched in June 2016, suits brokers looking for the independence that comes from being self-employed, but value expert advice and support.

Alongside a training programme, the firm also provides a digital marketing package that helps brokers to generate leads.

“With enhanced support packages for new starters, a new legal offering and increased remuneration levels, we will continue to attract some of the best talent around,” said national director of the self-employed division at Just Mortgages, Carl Parker.

“The training team provide expert tuition, advising the advisers on whatever area they need support and our support team will give advice on pulling together a business plan and ensuring the broker hits their targets.

“Our ethos is that our brokers are on their own, but not alone, and this is reflected in the training, advice, and guidance that our team provides.

“Every broker is supported by the training team that provides expert insights, area and regional directors who are on hand to help with day-to-day advice, and a marketing team who help the brokers to bring in new business.”
