Mortgage Brain signs up to Mortgage Industry Mental Health Charter

Mortgage Brain has announced that it has become a signatory of the Mortgage Industry Mental Health Charter (MIMHC).

The technology provider to the mortgage industry said the move demonstrates an ongoing dedication to supporting the mental health and overall wellbeing of its team.

A not-for-profit organisation, the MIMHC was made up of seven co-founding firms as well as a growing number of signatories. Its co-founders include Brightstar, Chartwell Mortgage Services, Coreco, Crystal Specialist Finance, Knowledge Bank, Landbay and SimplyBiz Mortgages.

The charter aims to provide guidance, hints, tips and a simple framework so that member companies can embrace then tailor bespoke services which best support their staff.

Head of marketing at Mortgage Brain, Pollyanna Puddephat, commented: “As a leading player in our industry, we acknowledge the responsibility we bear, not just to our clients, but also to our hardworking team. Signing the MIMHC is our commitment to fostering a supportive, healthy, and inclusive work environment.
