360 Dotnet to make L&G’s SmartrCriteria available

The financial services software provider, 360 Dotnet, has embarked on a multi-stage integration of Legal & General Mortgage Club’s digital mortgage criteria searching tool, SmartrCriteria.

The new change will enable brokers to search lender application criteria direct from the 360 Lifecycle site.

The first stage of the integration, a direct link to SmartrCriteria for brokers from 360 Lifecycle – 360 Dotnet’s client management system – will soon be live, and it will allow brokers to provide a more efficient service for their clients.

With the search tool, brokers will benefit from easy to view outcome sheets, enabling them to indicate whether a lender will look at a customer's case.

L&G director, Kevin Roberts, commented: “SmartrCriteria was created with the aim of helping brokers find the right mortgage for their clients as efficiently as possible. We are always keen to integrate the Club’s technological developments with key platforms like 360 Lifecycle that we know are used by L&G members.

“Through these integrations, we’re delivering on our ambition to create a truly frictionless path for brokers.”

Further integrations are expected to follow, which could include improvement to the payment process.

The specially developed claim tool, soon to be live in 360 Lifecycle, will allow brokers to process claims within the system once mortgages reach the exchange stage – and this will notify L&G to activate payment.

There will also be specific triggers to filter in cases and keep an audit of those that have previously been claimed.

CEO of 360 Dotnet, Carlos Thibaut, added: “Our integration with L&G’s SmartrCriteria provides an exciting opportunity to collaborate with another mortgage technology service. We hope to see the integration supporting our brokers with future applications.”
