3mc adopts One Mortgage System platform

One Mortgage System (OMS), the single-input enquiry to completion processing platform for brokers and packagers, has been adopted by broker, 3mc.

The new integration will allow the 3mc mortgage desk to offer a range of product and criteria sourcing without the need to rekey any data – as well as access to a CRM system, and full workflow solution.

The partnership further extends OMS’s coverage across the intermediary market, and underlines growing broker demand for a range of valued and time-saving enhancements in technology.

OMS was the first system to develop a full two-way DIP integration with several specialist lenders, criteria sourcing, and life and protection options – and the software provider offers AVMs, customisable workflows, drag and drop document facility – giving users access to documentation and application forms for over 28 different lenders, without the need to rekey any additional data.

OMS managing director, Neal Jannels, commented: “3mc is a pioneer in its field and a forward-thinking partner who understands the value of a strong tech offering for its own business purposes as well as servicing a range of intermediary requirements.

“OMS will arm 3mc’s mortgage desk with a wealth of additional support and time-saving solutions to help them assist even more mortgage intermediaries in the placement of cases across its extensive lending panels.”

3mc is an award-winning specialist mortgage desk for mortgage intermediaries and a national mortgage distributor and packager of residential, BTL, bridging and commercial mortgages.

“After researching all available technology solutions in the market, we have selected the OMS platform and will look to launch 3mcView to our intermediary partners towards the end of Q1 in 2020,” added 3mc director, Doug Hall.

“We are looking forward to working with the OMS team in delivering additional technology solutions for our customers.”
