Angel Property Finance has joined the Bridging & Development Lenders Association (BDLA) as a lender member.
The specialist property lender provides bespoke finance for residential and commercial property transactions, drawing on experience across banking, property and specialist lending to offer funding solutions tailored to individual transactions.
The firm focuses on providing borrowers and property professionals with a hands-on service throughout the lending process.
The BDLA represents the interests of bridging and development lenders and their customers, with more than 100 lender and associate members, with its lender members holding a collective loan book of more than £11.5bn.
