CSS forms partnership with Advise Wise

Countrywide Surveying Services (CSS) has formed a partnership with Advise Wise, which will join its contacts directory.

Through the Advise Wise directory, members can access CSS’s comprehensive range of survey options which includes a home survey level two, previously known as a homebuyer report, and a home survey level three, formerly known as a building survey.

CSS uses technology to provide a thorough customer journey. Its technology enables the business to offer products not delivered by other surveying companies, in compliance with best practice standards.

Advice Wise is a sourcing platform for later life advisers, provides qualified financial advisers with a free and secure platform to help recommend equity release and other later life products to its clients.

Chief operating officer at CSS, Kharla Mullen, said: "We are delighted to be partnering with such a highly regarded and established name as Advise Wise in the later life lending sector. It is a business which is aligned with our own vision and ethos when it comes to providing tailored solutions, expert support and in delivering the highest service standards to this vital sector, so this makes for an exciting and sensible collaboration.

"This partnership will provide Advise Wise’s nearly 3,000 registered members with quicker and easier access to the full CSS product range, a passage which will help them better guide their clients through the surveying process, from the initial enquiry right through to the delivery of the final report."

National account manager at Advise Wise, Daniel Edmonson, added: "We’re thrilled to welcome Countrywide Surveying Services to the Advise Wise Contacts Directory, a company that shares our commitment to excellence and innovation. This collaboration will add much value for our members, enabling them to rely on CSS extensive knowledge and their high quality service for their later life cases."
