CSS renews partnership with Capital Private Finance

Countrywide Surveying Services (CSS) has renewed its partnership with Capital Private Finance through an exclusive survey referral arrangement.

The agreement will provide Capital Private Finance’s advisers and clients with direct access to the valuation panel management and property risk services provider’s range of home condition surveys.

The surveys are designed to help borrowers arrange the right level of inspection at the appropriate stage of the purchase and gain clear understanding of a property’s condition.

CSS uses technology to support a consistent customer experience from instruction through to report delivery, enabling surveys to be managed efficiently while ensuring reports meet professional standards and support informed decision making. The group is supported by more than 450 in-house RICS-qualified registered valuers across the country.

Private Capital Finance has relationships with private banks and specialist lenders to secure individually tailored solutions for its customers.

It stated that the partnership reflects a "shared commitment to clear advice, high service standards and supporting property purchasers through a demanding process".

Chief operating officer at CSS, Kharla Mullen, said: "Capital Private Finance is well respected for its expertise in specialist lending and its focus on client outcomes. This partnership is a good fit for both businesses and reflects a shared approach to quality and support.

"By working together, we are making it easier for Capital Private Finance clients to access trusted survey options. This will help advisers guide borrowers through the surveying process with confidence, from the initial referral through to delivery of the final report."

Financial services director at Capital Private Finance, James Keable, added: "We are pleased to renew our partnership with CSS, a business that shares our commitment to quality advice and exceptional customer outcomes. Having direct access to CSS’ comprehensive range of home survey options strengthens the support we can offer clients as they navigate complex property purchases.

"Our advisers work closely with customers who often require individually tailored lending solutions, and ensuring they have clear, expert insight into a property’s condition is an essential part of that journey. This renewed partnership enables us to provide a more seamless experience from mortgage advice through to independent surveying, helping clients make confident, informed decisions."
