FIBA and SimplyBiz Mortgages add sourcing partners to specialist panel

SimplyBiz Mortgages and the Financial Intermediary & Broker Association (FIBA) have announced that Brickflow and Provide have been appointed to its recently launched specialist property finance panel.

The specialist property finance sourcing platforms enable users to conduct searches across the entire bridging, development finance, specialist buy-to-let and commercial mortgage markets.

Both existing FIBA partners, Brickflow provides instant access to a panel of over 160 lenders, helping users find property finance solutions from close to 2,000 product variations in minutes, whilst Provide offers access to property and business finance solutions across the four major areas in the specialist property finance. It currently generates up to 200 lending options in seconds, helping secure funding quickly and transparently.

The sourcing platforms are the latest addition to the panel, which offers access to education, training, information on the Certified Practitioner in Specialist Property Finance (CPSP) qualification, and a simplified panel of supporting lenders, to members of SimplyBiz Mortgage and FIBA.

Chairman at FIBA, Martin Reynolds, said: "We have been keen to provide existing and future panel users with the support, tools, and technology they need to deliver good customer outcomes, allowing them to approach client requirements with confidence. We know this is particularly important to the firms who have told us they are currently taking steps to diversify their business models to meet more client demand.

"Sourcing technology delivers many attributes, with speed and efficiency the most obvious. The addition of two platforms, Brickflow and Provide, additionally offers users choice and flexibility, and we thank both teams for their support."

Co-founder and chief revenue officer at Brickflow, Frazer Campbell, added the firm is delighted to join the panel and strengthen its relationship with FIBA.

He concluded: "At Brickflow, our focus has always been on simplifying and accelerating access to specialist property finance. By connecting brokers to more than 150 lenders across bridging, development finance, specialist buy-to-let and commercial mortgages, we enable advisers to search the market efficiently, compare options transparently, and secure the right outcomes for their clients in minutes.

"In 2025, we facilitated £1.2bn in approved lending through our platform; we are looking forward to building on this and playing our part in equipping Simplybiz and FIBA members with the tools, speed and confidence they need to navigate complex cases and deliver consistently strong client outcomes."
