Gable Mortgages has joined Twenty7tec’s RESEARCH platform, giving more than 15,000 mortgage advisers access to the lender's zero-deposit residential mortgage products and criteria alongside the wider UK mortgage market.
The distribution deal will enable advisers to search, compare and assess Gable’s products through the same sourcing process they use for other residential mortgages.
Gable Mortgages launched in 2026 with a focus on expanding access to homeownership for customers it believes are underserved by mainstream lenders. It offers mortgages of up to 100% loan-to-value (LTV), targeting borrowers who can afford monthly repayments but may struggle to accumulate a traditional deposit.
The lender’s range is available to first-time buyers (FTBs) and next-time buyers, including young professionals and key workers, purchasing new-build and standard properties.
The RESEARCH platform is one of the UK's most widely used mortgage sourcing systems. It enables advisers to search the market by mortgage product, lending criteria, affordability and
lender policy. The new addition comes as saving for a deposit remains a significant barrier to homeownership, despite changes in mortgage affordability.
Nakita Moss, head of lender at Twenty7tec, said: "Saving a deposit remains one of the biggest barriers to homeownership, but that does not necessarily mean a borrower cannot afford the monthly cost of a mortgage. As lenders look at different ways of addressing that gap, advisers need to be able to identify where these products may offer a viable option for the right client."
Lisa Crane, mortgage operations director at Gable Mortgages, added: "Our launch on Twenty7tec is a significant step in expanding broker access to our zero-deposit mortgage, making it easier for advisers to find and assess customer eligibility. By addressing a key barrier for customers who can afford mortgage repayments but struggle to save a deposit, we are giving advisers using Twenty7tec a compelling new way to help more people get onto the property ladder."
