Just Group partners with Beyond Encryption

Just Group has partnered with secure digital communication provider, Beyond Encryption, to utilise its secure email product, Mailock.

Currently, the retirement specialist group looks after more than £23bn in pension savings for its 650,000 customers, which range from homeowners to trustees and corporate clients.

It used its Hub financial solutions platform to help clients compare retirement options.

Under the new partnership, Just Group will use Beyond Encryption’s secure email solution, Mailock, to support secure customer communications throughout the business, protecting sensitive information and documentation sent out via email and allowing customers to exchange information without fear of interception.

Managing director of digital wealth at Just Group, Rob Hudson, said: "We are a trusted partner for our clients, dealing with the most sensitive of topics during their retirement or in the years approaching it. As such, ensuring the safety of their data is paramount whilst also improving customer service. Our partnership with Beyond Encryption is the next step in providing personalised and secure services that they can rely on."

Founder and chief executive officer at Beyond Encryption, Paul Holland, concluded: "We are thrilled to welcome Just Group to the Mailock community - a group of like-minded businesses and consumers that has grown exponentially as they look to protect their data in an increasingly digital world.

"Mailock is playing an increasingly important role in the retirement sector, connecting and protecting consumers with their retirement provider at a crucial point in their lives. Just Group has earned a well-deserved position in the market as an innovator and consumer champion, so naturally we’re delighted to be working with them and their team."
