Market Financial Solutions joins PRIMIS’ lender panel

PRIMIS has announced that Market Financial Solutions is the latest firm to join its lender panel.

The partnership will provide PRIMIS’ network of intermediaries with access to Market Financial Solutions’ range of bridging loan and buy-to-let (BTL) mortgage products, allowing them to process complex cases that require a flexible lending approach.

PRIMIS operates as an intermediary between over 2,800 mortgage advisers and 1,000 mortgage and protection firms, covering standard mortgage cases to more complex financial scenarios.

London-based lender, Market Financial Solutions, offers both bridging loans and BTL mortgages, specialising in handling large and complex deals at pace, offering up to £50m with terms of between three months and 10 years.

Chief executive officer at Market Financial Solutions, Paresh Raja, said: "We are incredibly excited to join PRIMIS’ panel of lenders, allowing a wider range of borrowers and intermediaries to access our bespoke financial solutions.

"Our focus on delivering tailored financial solutions, whether for complex cases or standard mortgage needs, aligns perfectly with PRIMIS’ mission, and I am confident that brokers will find significant value in our flexible approach to lending."

Director of strategic partnerships at LSL Financial Services, Craig Hall, concluded: "Adding Market Financial Solutions to our lender panel was a simple choice. It brings a wealth of experience in the specialist finance sector, and its flexible approach to lending will ensure that our brokers can place cases that other lenders might shy away from.

"I’m looking forward to working closely with the Market Financial Solutions team, and I’m optimistic that our partnership will go from strength to strength in the coming years."
