Moving Hub and Property Jungle announce tech link-up

Conveyancing platform and case management system The Moving Hub has partnered with The Property Jungle, a provider of bespoke and template property websites.

The link-up will see The Property Jungle’s client bank of estate agents, lettings agents and property professionals offered access to a white-labelled conveyancing service powered by The Moving Hub. This will include a branded conveyancing quote calculator that can be embedded into an agent’s website.

The Moving Hub conveyancing platform is designed to help introducers such as estate agents, mortgage intermediaries and financial advisers connect to one of the largest panels of vetted conveyancers across England and Wales.

The company says it is the first conveyancing platform to offer referral fees up front rather than on completion, and also the first to consider the case capacity of each conveyancer on the network so as not to overload them and affect the quality of service.

The Property Jungle, meanwhile, has already built more than 2,000 websites across the UK and Europe for its estate agent clients.

The Moving Hub’s CEO Peter Joseph said that the partnership illustrated “how a joined-up tech approach can open doors to ancillary revenue streams”.

He continued: “Our industry-leading level of knowledge in conveyancing is being recognised by more and more agents as one of the key factors in choosing our proposition over others, and we believe that this partnership with The Property Jungle will bring the opportunity to create increased revenues to more agents over the coming weeks, months and years.”

The Property Hub’s managing director Mike Smithson, added: “We are always keen to give our clients the best opportunity to earn revenues from their websites, and The Moving Hub presented as a genuine no-brainer to share with our clients. An upfront fee, that is not clawed back if the transaction falls through, and generating quotes in under 30 seconds, 24/7, seemed like the ideal uptick in income we should offer.”
