Mansfield Building Society has reduced the rates on its credit repair products by up to 0.60%. The lender’s range is available up to 70% LTV for borrowers who have experienced credit problems such as missed payments, defaults, debt management plans and bankruptcy. Mansfield’s range now includes a two-year fixed rate at 7.39% and a two-year discounted variable rate 1.70% below its SVR. Both products have no completion fee and basic legal fees are included for remortgages secured on properties located in England and Wales.

Just Mortgages has promoted Tara Panayi to the role of mortgage manager, previously working as a mortgage and protection adviser, As part of her new role, she will mentor and develop advisers that have graduated from the Just Mortgages academy, as well as existing advisers. Panayi will also continue to write mortgage and protection business, supporting clients in the South Wales region. She is one of the top performing advisers across Just Mortgages and its nationwide network of more than 650 advisers. She has consistently banked more than £200,000 per year for the last four years, putting her in the top five advisers in the company. Prior to joining Just Mortgages in 2011, Panayi worked for Principality Building Society for over three years.

Mortgage Brain has appointed Niki Cooke to the role of national account manager in its sales team. As part of the role, she will be responsible for actively maintaining corporate account relationships with key industry partners, overseeing the development of tailored solutions, and supporting the launch of new tech products. Cooke joins the firm from Protection Guru, where she held the role of chief revenue officer. Previous to that, she works was director of intermediary relationships at Twenty7Tec.
