The Loans Engine (TLE) has partnered with four new lenders, Octopus Real Estate, Glenhawk, Greenfield Mortgages and ABC. The additions mean that the TLE will have complete access to the full range of bridging products offered by the lenders for the firm’s thousands of mortgage intermediaries and their clients. TLE has said that it is committed to enhancing and diversifying their range of services to better cater for intermediaries and the clients, and it will continue to expand its services, with the overarching objective of enhancing its proposition for intermediaries and customers.

Independent Governance Group has grown its team by 27% in the first half of its financial year, after taking on 40 new starters. The provider of professional pensions trusteeship and governance services now boasts a headcount of 152 employees, with an additional 20-strong represented by like minds. The business has recently opened new offices as it continues to expand its professional trustee services and governance offering across the UK. The team works with over 450 pension schemes with combined assets under management of £315bn.

The Right Mortgage & Protection Network has announced improved business volumes and appointed representative firm and adviser numbers in its recent national training event earlier this month in Birmingham. In the year to date, the network’s total mortgage completions are up 8% on 2022 at 24,010, while total lending volume is up 4% on the previous year at £4.5bn. The network now houses 350 AR firms, with 26 new businesses having joined so far in 2023, with the number of advisers who have joined reaching 127. This means there are 728 advisers within the network. The National Training Event was sponsored by a number of lenders and providers including: LBG, Nationwide, OSB, Virgin Money, L&G Home Finance, Uinsure CX, Aviva, Guardian, HSBC Life, Metlife, and Vitality.
