News in brief - 24 July 2026

Mortgage Brain has integrated Uinsure into its CRM Brain platform, enabling brokers to offer clients a buildings and contents insurance quote automatically as part of the mortgage application process.

The integration means that, once a mortgage application has been submitted through CRM Brain, brokers will be prompted to ask their client whether they would like a buildings and contents insurance quote. The quote can be requested and completed in CRM Brain, alongside the rest of their mortgage journey, without the need to switch systems or re-key information.

Chartwell Mortgage Services has become the latest mortgage broker firm to adopt JammJar as its AI-powered operating system, replacing its existing CRM platform with technology designed specifically for the AI era.

The firm is replacing Lifecycle 360 with JammJar, moving away from a traditional CRM towards an AI-powered operating system that transforms how advisers and support teams manage clients, progress cases and run the business.

Unlike conventional CRM systems, JammJar combines AI, workflow automation and intelligent business insights to reduce administration, strengthen compliance and give advisers more time to focus on clients. Rather than simply digitising existing processes, the platform is designed to become the operating system for modern mortgage businesses.

RAW Capital Partners has added bridging finance to its specialist lending proposition.
It is now offering unregulated, first-charge bridging products secured on UK residential properties.

Complementing its existing buy-to-let products, the bridging range is designed to serve buy-to-let landlords at key points in the property investment lifecycle, including bridge to purchase, chain breaks, and bridge to exit.

RAW’s bridging loans range from £100,000 to £4m, terms of three to 18 months, with a maximum LTV of 60% for bridging loans, and tiered rates depending on the LTV.
