The decision follows a comprehensive review by LendInvest of technology providers across the credit and lending market.
Maslow Capital has completed more than €1bn of bridging facilities in the UK and Europe since the start of 2026, for borrowers ranging from small entrepreneurial property businesses to institutional sponsors.
While larger facilities attract the most attention, much of the specialist bridging and development finance lender’s activity has been in smaller loans, including acquisitions, auction purchases, refurbishments, change-of-use conversions and refinances.
The milestone builds on an established European track record that has already funded a number of well-known schemes.
TwentyCi has a new data-led solution, Opportunity Signals, to help mortgage advisers and networks identify business opportunities within their existing client banks, by alerting them when a client is approaching key points in their housing journey.
The firm said that while advisers routinely use CRM systems to track mortgage maturity dates and prompt contact ahead of product expiry, they can often miss clients who decide to move home before their existing mortgage deal ends. By the time these clients get in touch, they may already have approached an estate agent’s recommended mortgage adviser or another broker.
Opportunity Signals monitors the properties within an adviser’s client bank against TwentyCi’s daily UK residential property data, identifying when a client reaches a point where a mortgage conversation may be relevant. This includes when a mortgage deal is approaching its end, when a property shows signs of bring likely to come to market, when an online valuation is requested, when a home is listed for sale or to let, and as a sale progresses towards completion.
