Norton Broker Services announces partnership with L&G Ignite

Norton Broker Services has partnered with the free and integrated mortgage research and product sourcing platform, Legal & General (L&G) Ignite.

The move follows the platform’s recent partnership with One Mortgage System.

L&G has expanded its offering to ensure advisers can deliver personalised outcomes for clients with specialist requirements, and it says that the new partnership with Norton Broker Services is the latest step in this strategy.

As a result of the partnership, advisers who use L&G Ignite can now search for results from Norton’s range of products, along with real-time updates to criteria and pricing. Advisers can also access regulatory support through the platform, as it gives users the ability to produce and save compliance documents, including the European Standardised Information Sheet and Evidence of Research, to ensure they are meeting industry standards.

Norton Broker Services is a distributor specialising in secured finance, priding itself in working with customers of all incomes who are undeserved by high street lenders, and it provides securing loans with no maximum LTVs.

It also offers a range of specialist products, including unsecured loans, mortgages, commercial mortgages and bridging.

Director at Norton Finance, Paul Stringer, said: "L&G Ignite is a fantastic tool that makes it easy for advisers to source a tailored and suitable solution for their clients. Norton began as a family business, and almost 50 years on, we still believe in the priceless value of a personal touch. With Ignite, our advisers will be able to provide a top-notch personalised customer experience, and we are delighted to watch our partnership with L&G evolve in time."

Head of product and innovation at L&G Technology, Jodie White, added: "Equipping advisers with the very best in mortgage technology is our most important goal. In a market that’s bursting with diverse products, L&G Ignite ensures brokers can cut through the noise and leverage technology to pick the right solution for their clients.

"Norton Finance has worked on the frontlines of complex client cases for almost half a century, and we both appreciate the value of a richly personalised service. Our new partnership will combine advanced sourcing and research tools with human expertise, saving advisers time and transforming the customer experience."
