Optimus adds Paradigm Mortgage Services to conveyancer panel

Paradigm Mortgage Services has added Optimus to its conveyancer panel, further expanding the range of conveyancing options available to its member firms, advisers and clients.

As a result, Paradigm member firms will have access to Optimus’ conveyancing panel management services, as well as its range of RICS survey solutions.

Optimus works with mortgage advisers across England, Scotland and Wales, providing access to fixed-price conveyancing for sales, purchases, remortgage and cashback remortgages.

As part of the partnership, Paradigm member firms will have access to Optimus CaseManager, its digital portal, which allows advisers to obtain conveyancing quotes, instruct cases and track their progress through a single system.

The case manager provides automated updates designed to reduce the need for advisers to manually follow up cases, with its applicant acceptance of a quote feature allowing clients to securely review, accept and instruct their conveyancing quote online.

Paradigm firms will also have access to Optimus Accelerate and Sales Pack Ready services from Landmark Information Group. These processes support better-prepared property transactions by bringing forward key property information, including searches, surveys, forms and documentation, alongside workflow and integration capabilities.

Managing director of mortgages at Paradigm Mortgage Services, Richard Howes, stated: "We are very pleased to welcome Optimus to the Paradigm conveyancer panel, further increasing the choice available to our member firms who are active in recommending conveyancing services to their clients.

"We want firms to have access to a range of quality options because different clients and transactions will inevitably have different requirements, and Optimus adds another strong proposition to the panel, backed by both technology and dedicated people supporting cases through to completion.

"We also see real value in the wider Optimus proposition, particularly the ability for Paradigm firms to access RICS survey services alongside conveyancing. We believe Optimus will be a very useful addition to our existing panel and will broaden the options available to member firms."

Optimus’ commercial director, Lee Riche, concluded: "We're delighted to be partnering with Paradigm Mortgage Services and making our services available to their member firms. We are in a particularly exciting time for Optimus, following the recent launch of Optimus CaseManager, our enhanced platform designed to help brokers quote, instruct, and manage conveyancing cases more efficiently.

"This partnership gives Paradigm members access to our growing range of innovative features, including our new Applicant Acceptance functionality, which creates a smoother journey from quote to instruction. As Optimus continues to invest in technology, service, and new initiatives, we look forward to supporting Paradigm's members and helping them deliver even better outcomes for their clients."
