Tuscan Capital has completed an £892,000 refurbishment funding deal, which will transform Brookhouse Inn Hotel in Staffordshire into modern residential spaces.

The property covers three buildings and spans 2.81 acres, including a large car park, gardens and a rear paddock.

The redevelopment involves converting the main house into seven modern apartments, which the coach house will be developed into three, two-three-bedroom houses, while the barn will be turned into a standalone two-bedroom house,

Tuscan said that the project highlighted its commitment to providing innovative financial solutions that meet the needs of developers and contribute to the rejuvenation of historic properties.”

The firm offers flexible funding for complex redevelopment projects, allowing it to play a role in supporting the regeneration of "valuable" property assets.

Regional director at Tuscan, Carl Graham, said: "This is a unique property, with opportunities for redevelopment across three buildings, and with its age and the fact it has been vacant for some time, we needed to provide funding which was bespoke and unique to its nature, and what the developers plan to do.

"I’m pleased to say that by working closely with 2XL Commercial Finance, and by having our individual approach to underwriting, we were able to present acceptable terms and the deal completed in the desired timescale.

"These are the types of deals we excel at, and if any adviser or broker has a similar client requirement then they should certainly contact the Tuscan team to see how we can help provide the finance clients need."
