Accord supports first-time buyers with another 90% LTV limited release

Accord Mortgages has announced that it is launching another limited release of 90% LTV products for first-time buyers.

Brokers with first-time buyer clients will be given their third opportunity in a month to secure a home purchase mortgage with 90% LTV.

The lender’s products, available exclusively for brokers, will go on sale from 9am on Monday 5 October and last until 8pm on Tuesday 6 October, with term lengths remaining as standard, at 40 years. Accord stated that at least one applicant must be a first-time buyer.

A five-year fixed rate at 3.59% will be available for loans up to £500,000, while a five-year fixed rate at 3.69% will be available for loans between £500,001 and £600,000.

“Once again our teams have worked their magic to ensure we can return to market as quickly as possible and continue providing help to those wanting to make their first purchase,” Accord director of intermediary distribution, Jeremy Duncombe, commented.

“Our priority continues to be offering brokers the support they have come to expect of us. With the limited releases we’ve found a consistent formula which enables us to offer much needed products whilst being able to maintain a high level of service.”
