Black & White Bridging surpasses 1,000 home milestone

Black & White Bridging has now supported the creation of 1,000 new homes across the UK, the specialist lender has announced.

The funding extends across the UK and Wales, with the highest concentration of loans in London, Merseyside, Cheshire, West Yorkshire, and Cornwall.

Black & White Bridging’s short-term finance solutions cover residential, commercial, refurbishment, and auction bridging loans, as well as development finance.

Formerly known as Bath & West Finance and founded in 2011, the lender said its latest milestone demonstrates it is playing its role in addressing the UK’s housing shortage.
