Dudley Building Society opts for Whistlebrook to provide accounting package

Dudley Building Society has partnered with the provider of back office systems to the financial services sector, Whistlebrook.

The move will see the software firm provide its accounting solution, Whistlebrook Financials, to meet the needs of the building society.

Whistlebrook Financials provides specific functionality required by financial organisations and seamlessly integrates with Whistlebrook’s existing portfolio of software products.

The software has recently been redeveloped to allow customers to take advantage of new technology, particularly in respect of advanced security.

Dudley financial controller, Jonathan Young, said: “We needed a proven accounting package to better meet the requirements of the business. WBF is a well-established product with a good reputation within our industry and peer group.

“This gave us the confidence to make the switch to Whistlebrook, and, following a successful implementation project, we are delighted to be live on WBF in time for our new financial year.”

Whistlebrook sales and marketing director, Andy Hudders, added: “We are delighted that Dudley Building Society is now live on Whistlebrook Financials and already enjoying the benefits of the system.

“Whistlebrook Financials is the most widely used financial ledger system in the building society market, and it is great to have Dudley join the ever growing community of Whistlebrook users.”
