e.surv renews working relationship with Santander

e.surv Chartered Surveyors has renewed its relationship with Santander, to continue delivering residential valuations and property advice services as part of the bank’s mortgage underwriting process.

Santander has worked with e.surv, the surveying business of the LSL Property Services Group, since the early 1990s.

e.surv is the UK’s largest valuation provider and directly employs over 600 residential surveyors across the country, supported by a network of consultant valuers.

Santander will widen its existing relationship with e.surv as a core valuation supplier but will also now make use of several unique property attribute data sets created by the national valuer. The bank will also receive general market intelligence on specific sectors such as New Build.

These changes will support Santander’s goal of further streamlining processes and improving the journey for applicants, offering greater certainty to applicants and brokers alike.

Commenting on the deal, e.surv MD, Steve Goodall said: “We are delighted to have once again updated our service proposition in support of the bank’s requirements and are looking forward to extending our relationship over a number of years.”
