finova adds TAB to lending panel

finova Payment and Mortgage Services has announced a new partnership with real estate finance and investment platform, TAB.

The move will expand finova’s portfolio of lending products available to its directly authorised (DA) broker club and takes the total number of lenders on finova’s panel to over 90.

Through the new partnership, finova’s brokers will have access to a range of first and second charge residential and commercial bridging loans, as well as development and refurbishment finance products, through TAB’s technology solutions.

TAB offers opportunities for clients with property projects that do not fit within the constraints of traditional lenders’ criteria. Through the TAB platform, members can access lending options and compare mortgage products.

“This collaboration underscores our commitment to championing innovation and leveraging new technology to empower brokers,” said head of business development at finova Connect, Sasha Sprake. “Our members can now access a broader range of specialised products from TAB, further enhancing their ability to meet the diverse needs of their clients.

“January surpassed expectations for business, and with TAB’s products and solutions now available, members have the opportunity to service their clients with faster turnaround at all times of year.”

Sales development director at TAB, Jon Sturgess, added: “This collaboration will significantly expand the range of specialised products brokers can access, empowering them to better serve clients with diverse needs. With finova’s impressive growth and reach, we are thrilled that TAB’s solutions can now be leveraged by even more brokers to deliver efficient, customised lending.”
