Gatehouse Bank to adopt One Mortgage System’s platform

Gatehouse Bank has launched a new partnership with One Mortgage System (OMS) that will see the Shariah-compliant ethical bank adopt the OMS processing platform.

The partnership developed following an extensive piloting of the OMS platform and the integration of specific, bespoke features that will allow Gatehouse Bank to manage all direct business from enquiry through to completion.

Gatehouse Bank offers a range of property finance solutions for UK residents, UK expats and international residents looking to purchase or refinance residential property across England and Wales.

“The fact that such an emerging force in the UK home finance arena has adopted the OMS CRM solution to manage its sales lifecycle is testament to the quality and versatility of our platform,” managing director of OMS, Neal Jannels, commented.

“This collaboration supports Gatehouse Bank’s commitment to delivering home purchase and buy-to-let plans that align with consumers’ ethical values within the growing Islamic Finance market in the UK.”

Head of customer propositions at Gatehouse Bank, Gemma Donnelly, added: “We are delighted to be embarking upon this partnership with OMS, which will help us to seamlessly manage direct business, ultimately enhancing the customer journey.

“Having reliable technological systems in place is key to ensuring that we can help as many customers as possible achieve their individual goals, whether they are a homebuyer or landlord.”
