Integrity365 acquires Brooks Wealth Management

Indpendent financial adviser (IFA) Integrity365 has acquired fellow Bristol-based firm Brooks Wealth Management (BWM) for an undisclosed amount.

The acquisition brings Integrity365’s assets under management (AUM) up to £1.5bn.

BWM was founded in 2006 by Jeremy Brooks after he spent 10 years with accountancy and audit firm Mazars.

The company offers clients a full holistic financial planning service, aiming to build long-term relationships with personal and corporate clients.

Integrity365 said this ethos matched its own, and Brooks and his team will join the firm under the existing Brooks Wealth Management name "in the near future".

“Integrity365 is passionate about putting people back at the heart of financial advice, and finding the right people to join our business who share this mentality is key,” commented Integrity365 CEO, Matt Goy.

“We greatly admire the way Jeremy and BWM work with their clients and their forward-thinking attitude that financial planning firms need to service clients’ needs and adapt to change in this modern age.

“Our Bristol roots have always remained important to us as the business has continued to grow, and now with Jeremy and BWM joining the team, this brings further support to more clients and new connections within the southwest that we look forward to building on together.”

Brooks added: “Integrity365’s growing reputation in Bristol and beyond has been notable over the last few years. As well as their pride in their independence, Integrity365’s values stood out to me as it was obvious from the outset that Integrity365 is truly committed to their clients.

“With full trust in the support of the business and the long-term benefits that brings, I can continue to focus on advising clients and building relationships.

“The BWM team and I already feel at home with Integrity365, in a place where we can thrive and enhance our offering to existing and new clients.”
