Iress and Acre extend partnership to accelerate lending

Software provider Iress has extended its partnership with mortgage and protection platform Acre.

Under the terms of the renewed agreement, Iress will integrate its mortgage sourcing data and Lender Connect API into Acre’s intermediaries software.

Iress provides software and services for mortgages, trading and market data, financial advice, investment management, superannuation, pensions and data intelligence.

The firm’s extension with Acre aims to equip brokers with enhanced sourcing and affordability capabilities, allowing for more efficient case management.

Iress head of business development, sourcing, Warren O’Connell, added: “In today’s economic environment, it’s essential that brokers can give their customers the most up to date and broadest range of mortgage information.

“Iress’ collaboration with Acre, along with Iress’ unmatched product coverage, ensures their brokers have as much information as possible to make informed recommendations for their customers.”
