Kuflink joins Dynamo for Intermediaries lender panel

Specialist bridging lender, Kuflink, has become the latest lender to join the Dynamo for Intermediaries lender panel.

The move means that all Kuflink’s products will now be available via Dynamo to its members.

Kuflink said it believes that brokers need the best resources to help their clients and that packagers and mortgage clubs have that expertise, because of their comprehensive knowledge of the market and access to a wide variety of lenders.

“We champion businesses like Dynamo because they represent the best depository of market knowledge that is there specifically to help the broking community,” said Kuflink head of origination, Ranjit Narwal.

“How many brokers have the time to research all possible lenders in order to come up with a well-balanced solution to present to a prospective client? That is why we are delighted to work with Dynamo.”

Since 2012, Dynamo has delivered service to a base of over 5,000 mortgage brokers from 1,700 firms across the UK, across all mortgage sectors including buy-to-let, residential, short-term, second charge and commercial lending.

Dynamo mortgage club director, Cat Armstrong, added: “Kuflink is an exciting new addition to our lender panel and one that I am sure will be warmly welcomed by our brokers.

“Kuflink demonstrates commitment to fast turnarounds through the use of desktop valuations, AVMs and drive-bys on bridging loans, along with flexibility when it comes to providing tailored solutions – an approach that is more valuable than ever in the current market.”
