Lendlord announces integration with Property.xyz

Property investor platform Lendlord has announced an integration with Property.xyz.

The integration will improve Lendlord’s property sourcing capabilities by adding thousands of UK listings that are now accessible through the platform, using live data from Property.xyz.

Property.xyz is a property portal designed for investors and buy-to-let landlords, displaying listings from estate agents, homebuilders and auction houses.

Investors can now view all Property.xyz listings on Lendlord and use the platform’s deal analyser to assess potential returns that properties could deliver in both the short and long-term.

“Lendlord exists to make it as easy as possible for property investors to manage their investment and increase their returns,” said the firm’s co-founder and CEO, Aviram Shahar.

“This integration with Property.xyz enables Lendlord users to access real time opportunities to increase and grow their property portfolio and, with our Deal Analyser, investors can assess the potential returns on acquisitions they are considering. With Lendlord, investors have all the tools they need to get the most out of their property investments.”

Co-founder and CEO at Property.xyz, Rob Jones, added: “The property market is moving fast and technology is enabling investors to find, research and progress opportunities faster than ever before.

“We are excited to partner with Lendlord to continue this trend and enable investors to combine the deep property data of property.xyz and the deal analysis of Lendlord for a winning combination.”
