LMS partners with Scottish Building Society

LMS has announced a new partnership with Scottish Building Society, which will become the thirtieth lender panel within LMS Panel Link.

The conveyancer and panel management specialist will provide the society with a range of components to further secure the monetary chain as well as numerous operational efficiencies in the mortgage process.

Scottish Building Society is the oldest remaining building society in the world, offering lending on Scottish residential properties and savings accounts primarily to members in Scotland.

LMS chief executive, Nick Chadbourne, called the partnership with Scottish Building Society a “further vote of confidence” in LMS Panel Link.

He said: “LMS continues to place itself at the centre of UK conveyancing and continues to provide security, innovation and digitisation to all partners. We are pleased to be further strengthening our position in the market and look forward to a long-term relationship with our latest lender partner.”

Scottish Building Society chief executive, Paul Denton, added: “Our new partnership with LMS is set to further enhance and strengthen our mortgage application process, providing additional security to our customers when proceeding with the conveyancing process.

“LMS is highly regarded within the industry and the addition of this market-leading solution will provide our customers with extra peace of mind when purchasing their home.”
