Loughborough added to SimplyBiz Mortgages lender panel

SimplyBiz Mortgages has added Loughborough for Intermediaries to its lender panel with immediate effect.

Loughborough for Intermediaries provides solutions for several market demographics including first-time buyers, movers, new-builders, and those remortgaging.

The lender’s proposition also caters for those investing in buy-to-let, seeking interest only in retirement, buying a holiday let, and those without a deposit or in need of a 100% LTV solution.

SimplyBiz Mortgages CEO, Martin Reynolds, commented: “We are delighted to welcome Loughborough for Intermediaries to the SimplyBiz Mortgage lender panel and are certain that its wide range of solutions will be warmly welcomed by our member firms.

“Clients have a hugely diverse range of aspirations and requirements, and a lender with an approach flexible enough to meet so many of those needs is likely to be of great interest to advisers.

“In addition, customer service has never been as crucial as it is now, and the fact that Loughborough for Intermediaries’ proposition offers no credit scoring, individual underwriting, a dedicated national BDM and broker desk support will be another big advantage for our members.”

Loughborough Building Society CEO, Gary Brebner, added: “Since launching our Intermediary proposition just four years ago, with a focused approach to ensure an appropriate level of service, we’ve seen a good deal of success, doubled our broker support team and increased our underwriting capability.

“We’re delighted to join the SimplyBiz Mortgages panel and offer our wide range of solutions to support the mortgage members and help them, help more of their clients from first-time buyers to later life needs.”
