Mortgage Advice Bureau and CHL Mortgages announce new partnership

CHL Mortgages has announced a new partnership with Mortgage Advice Bureau (MAB) to expand its distribution.

MAB consists of 1,600 advisers across the country and has won over 150 national awards for its advice and service.

CHL Mortgages returned to lending earlier this year after a 13-year hiatus from new lending, with a product range open to individual and portfolio landlords as well as limited companies.

The specialist buy-to-let lender’s range covers property types including houses in multiple occupation, multi-unit freehold blocks, new build, ex-local authority as well as properties above or adjacent to commercial sites.

“Our initial launch has already exceeded our expectations in terms of both business volume and the quality of cases received and so our appointment by MAB will expand upon this encouraging start for the business,” commented CHL Mortgages commercial director, Ross Turrell.

“We look forward to working with the many MAB firms across England and Wales in the coming weeks, months and years ahead.”

MAB CEO, Peter Brodnicki, added: “We’re pleased to welcome CHL Mortgages on board and provide our 1,600 advisers with even more choice. CHL Mortgages has a fantastic product range and we’re looking forward to working with them closely.”
