Movera makes strategic investment in Collaborative Conveyancing

Movera, has announced a new strategic investment into Collaborative Conveyancing to help transform the way conveyancers manage enquiries.

The investment will also form the basis of a partnership between Movera, Collaborative Conveyancing and LMS.

Movera, whose brands include LMS as well as ONP Solicitors and Cavendish Legal Group, suggested the move will help Collaborative Conveyancing to grow its newly launched Enquiry Manager tool, a platform that uses artificial intelligence (AI) and natural language processing (NLP) to digitise the process of managing pre-contract enquiries.

The investment will aim to improve enquiry processing times and ultimately aim to reduce the time taken to complete a property purchase.

Movera CEO, Nick Hale, commented: “Our investment in, and partnership with, Collaborative Conveyancing is yet another step we are taking to help achieve this.

“We believe that digital innovation and automation are key to enhancing customer experiences and streamlining processes.”

Co-founder of Collaborative Conveyancing, Chris Harris, added: “I am delighted that we have joined forces with LMS and Movera at this crucial time to offer an automated and measurable solution to the way enquiries are raised and responded to.”
