Movera has appointed Claire Saunders-Proudlove as partner relationships manager to oversee and develop the home moving brand’s partnerships with its broker panel firms.

She brings more than a decade of financial services experience, most recently in the mortgage and conveyancing markets. Saunders-Proudlove joins Movera from Pepper Money, where she was completions manager, and has also worked at Countrywide and PLS Solicitors.

In her new role, she will manage the broker panel for Movera’s two conveyancing firms, ONP Solicitors and Cavendish, seeking to understand their requirements whilst also liaising internally to ensure these are met.

Inspired Lending has added its full lending criteria to Knowledge Bank, giving brokers greater access to its proposition when assessing cases.

The criteria are now available as searchable answers through Knowledge Bank’s mortgage criteria research platform, which allows brokers to search and compare lender criteria across the market.

Inspired Lending provides unregulated bridging, refurbishment finance and revolving credit facilities across England, Wales and Scotland, with loans from £250,000 to £5m for residential, semi-commercial and commercial property transactions.

Barry Carter has been appointed as CEO at StreamBank, effective from 14 December.

He succeeds Mike Kirsopp, who is retiring after leading the specialist lender through a period of significant growth.

Carter joins from Hinckley & Rugby Building Society, where he is currently serving as chief executive. He brings more than 25 years’ experience across banking and financial services, with senior leadership roles covering operations, business transformations and strategic growth.

Gable Mortgages has been added to The Right Mortgage & Protection Network’s lender panel, offering member firms access to its range of zero-deposit residential mortgage products.

The new-to-market lender focuses on supporting access to homeownership across England and Wales, particularly for first-time buyers who may find saving a deposit difficult and next-time buyers who do not have sufficient equity to fund their next purchase.

Gable Mortgages currently offers two five-year fixed rate mortgage products at 100% LTV, covering standard residential and new-build properties, as well as enhanced affordability criteria for key workers.
