News in brief - 2 November 2026

LendInvest has launched a new range of buy-to-let (BTL) tracker mortgages designed to give property investors flexibility in a changing property market.

The new products arrive as the lender continues to expand its flexible offerings, building on the recent momentum from an overhaul of its BTL tracker range products.

The new 4% fee product is tailored for standard, small HMO and MUFB, and holiday let properties. The products feature zero early repayment charges and offer up to 75% LTV, enabling borrowers to secure leverage while maintaining an easy transition to one of LendInvest’s other BTL products in the future.

Mortgage Brain has integrated Assurant Intermediary into its CRM Brain module, to give brokers access to household and landlord insurance from Assurant’s range of products.

The integration means that once a mortgage application has been submitted through CRM Brain, brokers will be prompted to ask their client whether they’d like help arranging home insurance. Client data already captured in CRM Brain is used so brokers don’t need to switch systems or rekey information.

Through Assurant, brokers can access standard buildings and contents cover, as well as solutions for landlords, including HMOs, portfolio properties, limited companies and holiday lets.

One Mortgage System (OMS) has integrated with Instamo to give users access to its FastSubmit mortgage application technology.

The integration allows brokers to populate mortgage applications in lender portals using client and case information already with OMS, reducing the need to rekey data.

The addition of Instamo further expands the range of technology available through the OMS CRM, helping brokers seamlessly manage more of the mortgage process in one place.
