Hampshire Trust Bank (HTB) has enhanced its semi-commercial proposition with the introduction of a new pricing band for loans between £250,000 and £1m.
Rates start from 6.64%, alongside a new 65% LTV range, with rates from 6.24%.
The changes follow a review of HTB’s semi-commercial proposition and reflects its ongoing commitment to ensuring brokers have access to lending solutions that continue to meet the needs of the specialist property market.
Word On The Street has revealed a record year for the firm, after arranging more than £108m in property finance across 239 completed cases.
In its full-year results, its total gross loan amount increased by 62% year-on-year to £108.7m, while its total revenue rose by 75% LTV to £1.8m. Meanwhile, its total number of cases grew by 130% to 239.
The results span bridging, buy-to-let (BTL), development and commercial mortgage activity, with BTL accounting for the largest share of cases.
YBS Commercial Mortgages has introduced a three-year tracker product on its MUFB range, providing landlords with more options in the current environment.
The new product is available for MUFBs with seven or more units at 4.99%, and can be accessed on a capital-and-interest, or an interest-only basis, on mortgages at up to 75% LTV with a 2% arrangement fee.
The firm said the product reflects the realities of today’s market, with economic uncertainty and fluctuating interest rate expectations influencing borrower decisions.
