Keystone Property Finance has cut rates by 15 bps across its buy-to-let (BTL) product range.

As a result, its standard BTL product at 70% LTV starts from 3.74%, while its ex-pat BTL product is available from 5.34% at 65% LTV.

Its holiday let and product transfer (PT) products are also available from 6.04% and 5.54% respectively, both at 65% LTV.

Landbay has expanded its tracker proposition with the launch of 11 new products across its core, premier, small HMO and PT ranges, while also cutting rates on a number of existing products by 15 bps.

The changes come as Landbay continues to broaden the range of options available to landlord borrowers at a time when fixed-rate pricing has come under renewed upward pressure.

Among the new products, its premier like-for-like and premier like-for-like AVM two-year trackers at 75% LTV, with rates starting from bank base rate (BBR) plus 0.34% and BBR plus 1.34% respectively, with no early repayment charges.

Aspen has surpassed £1bn in total lending since its founding in 2017.

In this time, the firm has completed over 1,250 deals with a mean loan size of £785,000 and an average LTV of 68%.

Speed of execution has been highlighted, with a third of all cases completed within one month and two-thirds completed within two months.

Jo Stent has been appointed as CFO at Mortgage Advice Bureau (MAB), having served as CFO designate since July.

She is an experienced listed company CFO with more than 25 years’ experience leading the finance function, driving strategic transformation, and supporting growth across listed, regulated and international businesses.

Renee Hunt is also now in post as group chief data and information officer, leading technology, product, data, AI, customer experience and change. She brings more than 30 years’ experience across financial services, media and telecoms.
