Keystone Property Finance has reduced rates by 10 bps across nearly every product in its range.
The cuts apply to the specialist lender’s buy-to-let (BTL), product transfer, PT plus and refurb-to-let ranges at 65% LTV.
As a result, its standard and expat products start from 3.39% and 4.99% respectively, while its holiday let product is available from 5.69%. Its product transfer, PT plus and refurb-to-let exit are all available from 5.04%.
Recognise Bank has increased its LTV on residential bridging finance from 75% to 80% LTV with immediate effect.
The bank has also introduced the use of short-form and AVMs on selected residential bridging cases, helping to streamline customer journeys and improve speed of service.
The bank’s bridging proposition supports a wide range of residential and commercial property types, including BTL portfolios, HMOs, mixed-use and semi-commercial assets, commercial investment properties and owner-occupied businesses with rates starting from 0.77% per month.
Holme Finance Bridging Solutions has introduced an interest rate of 0.89% per month for qualifying bridging loans between £100,000 and £300,000 at up to 60% LTV.
The new rate is available on qualifying first and second-charge cases and is designed to give brokers a more competitively priced option when placing larger short-term property finance requirements.
The offer forms part of the company’s plans to support a broader range of bridging transactions while retaining its flexible, case-by-case approach to underwriting.
West One has expanded its extra second charge and residential mortgage ranges by introducing larger maximum loan sizes, enhanced AVM criteria and additional credit tis designed to support borrowers who fall just outside mainstream lending criteria.
The specialist lender is now offering a new prime credit tier, offering lending up to 90% LTV for borrowers with minor historic or recent adverse credit.
Alongside this, it has increased its maximum loan size to £1m at 85% LTV on its extra residential range, while its second charge loan sizes have increased to £900,000 on selected products at 75% LTV.
