One Mortgage System (OMS) has been adopted by The Dragon Network and Dragon Finance.
The company opted for OMS’s CRM system and full back-office workflow solution after an extensive review period and the trialling of several options.
The Dragon Network & Dragon Finance are based in Sale, Greater Manchester and were established in 2013 and 2019 respectively. Starting out as a protection network, the company has evolved into a mortgage and protection network coupled with a brokerage arm.
OMS, the seamless single-input enquiry to completion processing platform for brokers, is the only end-to-end CRM system which covers product areas such as residential, buy-to-let, second charge, equity release, bridging, commercial plus general insurance and protection.
Dragon’s latest move follows a number of similar partnerships with intermediary firms in 2021, including networks, second charge loan specialists, specialist lenders and protection offerings.
OMS managing director, Neal Jannels, commented: “The guys at Dragon are very forward-thinking and have been highly diligent in how they have built their respective businesses and in the choice of partners they have worked with along the way.
“As such, it’s testament to the hard work and resources that we continue to invest in OMS that we have been chosen as their tech provider of choice. And this partnership provides a great opportunity for us to support them in their extremely ambitious future plans.”
The Dragon Network director, Dominic McDonnell, said: “It’s refreshing to find a CRM partner that has industry knowledge combined with market-leading technology. OMS gives us the ability to manage the needs of our advisers and clients effectively and efficiently. The Dragon Network can support individual members or contact centres and OMS complements our proposition perfectly.”
Dragon Finance director, Warren Garner, added: “Neal and the team at OMS have been fantastic with us. They are always willing to help and take our individual business needs into consideration. We have significant growth plans and we see OMS being an integral part in this.”
