One Mortgage System partners with Connect for Intermediaries

One Mortgage System (OMS) and Connect for Intermediaries have confirmed they are renewing their tech agreement.

The pair’s relationship has already been in place for over four years and the contract extension will ensure that Connect brokers and appointed representative (AR) firms maintain access to OMS’ CRM system and full workflow solution.

Connect offers a range of specialist mortgage services for intermediaries and currently has over 300 AR advisers. In March this year, it completed on the sale of a significant stake in the business to Mortgage and Surveying Services (MSS). The firm has stated that this investment will enhance its financial strength and provide the ability to develop its proposition as well as increase its UK footprint.

The OMS CRM system covers product areas such as residential, buy-to-let, second charge, equity release, bridging, commercial plus general insurance and protection. It has already integrated with six platforms – Iress, Twenty7Tec, iPipeline, Submissions Brain, SmartrFit and Knowledge Bank – to provide users with product sourcing, protection sourcing and criteria searching.

OMS managing director, Neal Jannels, commented: “Connect was already a major player in the intermediary market and the recent investment from MSS has enabled the business to further enhance this presence.

“It’s testament to the strength of our existing relationship and the quality of the OMS platform that we can extend our partnership into the next stage of its evolution, and we are very much looking forward to supporting Liz and the team on this exciting journey.”
