OSB Group to launch dedicated high net worth client division

Specialist lender, OSB Group, has unveiled plans for a new high net worth client management team.

This team will be lead by the group’s head of intermediary sales development, Simon Cockerill.

OSB Group said the focus of its team will be to support high net worth customers across lending brands, Precise Mortgages, Kent Reliance for Intermediaries and InterBay. This comes off the back of growth across the lending brands within OSB Group and is a value added service for brokers.

The team will hold ongoing reviews with brokers and their clients to ensure they are getting the most from their relationship with the lender and their borrowing requirements.

OSB Group also confirmed that Marc Callaghan will return to the group to help lead the team alongside Krissy Salmon, who will return from maternity leave in April.

Cockerill commented: “Having worked with Krissy and Marc previously, we’re all really excited to be setting this division up. The new team will be getting in touch with brokers from April onwards to ensure we can help them to support their clients with any new borrowing or retaining their business.

“This also means we can help to review the requirements and best options for clients with their brokers. It’s a collaborative approach that keeps the broker at the epicentre of the relationship, teamed with our lending products and specialist sector knowledge.”
