Perspective Financial Group acquires six financial planning firms

Perspective Financial Group has announced the acquisitions of six financial planning firms in the first quarter of 2026, as part of a strategic expansion.

The six companies joining the group include Freedom Advice, Clearwater Wealth Management, Cockburn Lucas Independent Financial Consulting, Crown Wealth Management, Devonshire Wealth Management and Mackrill Financial Management.

Perspective revealed that the acquisitions will collectively add £825m in assets under management, as well as 12 financial planners and new offices in Nottingham, Shrewsbury, Central London and Ripponden.

CEO of Perspective, Ian Wilkinson, said that the company had “started 2026 well from an acquisition standpoint”.

“We are delighted to welcome the talented advisers, support teams, and valued clients from these highly regarded firms, and we thank them for choosing to partner with Perspective,” he said.

“We are also very pleased to add several new strategic locations, which will further enable our future growth plans and provide opportunities for the advisers and staff in these offices.”

Director of Crown Wealth Management, Brian Benson, said his company was “delighted to be joining forces with Perspective after nearly 20 years of building a successful and trusted business”.

Cockburn Lucas Independent Financial Consulting director, Mike Horseman, added: “During an intensive selection process, we are delighted to have completed our transaction with Perspective.
