Phoebus and Selina Finance sign new five-year servicing contract

Phoebus Software has secured a five-year mortgage servicing contract with second charge lender, Selina Finance.

The lender said it chose Phoebus for its digital capability, advanced technology and track record.

Phoebus’ technology platform services multi-channel, multi-product and multi-currency banking, lending and deposits. The group said it has more than 25 clients in the UK and Ireland, servicing more than £110bn in assets.

Selina Finance stated that it wanted to be “up and running” on the Phoebus system as soon as possible, with the period from the first conversation between the two firms through to user testing and finalisation of the contract taking around 15 weeks.

“We wanted to be up and running quickly and Phoebus has been able to deliver on that requirement with remarkable speed and accuracy,” said chief operating officer at Selina Finance, Randolf Luttner. “We are looking forward to working with Phoebus in the coming years.”

Managing director at Phoebus, Adam Oldfield, added: “By leveraging our technology, Selina Finance can efficiently manage its mortgage book, ensuring seamless operations and enhancing overall customer experience.”
