Pure Retirement renews contract with Phoebus Software Limited

Later life lending firm Pure Retirement had signed a new contract with Phoebus Software Limited (PSL).

The new deal will see the pair extend their eight-year partnership.

The two partners have worked closely together to ensure Pure Retirement can originate large volumes of new business while also migrating new equity release portfolios onto the platform.

PSL’s originations and migrations API allows the onboarding process to be achieved seamlessly.

“We have worked closely with Pure Retirement since 2014 and have an extremely strong and positive partnership approach to working together,” commented PSL sales and marketing director, Richard Pike.

“We continue to assist Pure Retirement with the onboarding of originations and migrations of new portfolios onto the Phoebus servicing platform without any issues, and this is a real differentiator in the marketplace for both parties. We look forward to a continued strong relationship with Pure Retirement for many years to come.”

Pure Retirement chief operating officer, Simon Hayton, added: “PSL is an excellent supplier and partner. The Phoebus servicing solution provides both operational efficiencies and excellent functionality in a robust and well trusted package.

“We enjoy excellent collaborative working practices meaning that PSL and ourselves can bring ideas to the table in terms of new innovation and functionality which is truly refreshing, and their migration expertise is second to none.”
