SimplyBiz appoints PX Pension Exchange to DB pension transfer panel

SimplyBiz has appointed PX Pension Exchange to its defined benefit (DB) pension transfer referral bureau panel.

The move sees the pension transfer specialist become the eleventh member of SimplyBiz’s pension transfer panel.

Existing panel partners include RSS, HUB Pension Consulting, Origen, Pension Works, P&B Wealth, Aviva Financial Advice, Grove Pension Solutions, Pension Income Planning, Pensionhelp, and Hoxton Capital Management.

PX Pension Exchange is also the second member of the bureau panel to support cases from non-UK based clients.

The bureau offers an outsourcing solution to advisers who are either unable or choose not to operate in the DB transfer market, but still want to meet the needs of their clients in this area.

Adviser services director at SimplyBiz, Marc Thompson, commented: “The DB pension transfer bureau is designed to offer advisers, and their clients, access to a broad, expert, and trusted, range of options.  We want to ensure that we provide real choice, and that advisers can access solutions for a wide and diverse spectrum of client needs.

“As a long-standing SimplyBiz Member, PX Pension Exchange is known and respected by many of the other firms who use our services, and I am sure they will be warmly welcomed to the panel, particularly given their ability to support clients who are not based in the UK.”

Director of PX Pension Exchange, Darion Pohl, added: “Founded by experienced pension actuaries, PX Pension Exchange has a highly qualified, experienced and friendly team which operates with a high degree of professionalism and integrity. We look forward to working with SimplyBiz advisers.”
