SimplyBiz Mortgages added to CHL Mortgages distribution panel

CHL Mortgages has announced the addition of SimplyBiz Mortgages to its distribution panel.

SimplyBiz Mortgages currently supports almost 4,000 mortgage advisers responsible for over £16.4bn of lending during 2020.

CHL made its return to new lending earlier this year after 13 years, and the specialist buy-to-let (BTL) lender is continuing to enhance the distribution of its BTL product range through networks, mortgage clubs, and intermediary brands.

The intermediary-only lender is expected to make further additions to its distribution panel over the course of 2021.

CHL commercial director, Ross Turrell, commented: “SimplyBiz Mortgages and CHL know each other well and it’s great to be back working with Martin and the excellent team. This is a key addition to our distribution panel and yet another important step in CHL’s relaunch.”

Head of SimplyBiz Mortgages, Makayla Everitt, added: “The addition of CHL will be welcome to those of our growing member base who want to support their clients across first-time, portfolio landlords and limited company loans.

“CHL’s focus on HMOs and MUFBs offers additional choice in a market that is experiencing significant growth, and therefore great interest, amongst our member firms and we feel this is a great time to make this introduction.”
